There is a possibility of mismatch between the project in the user ROM card and the CPU memory. On the 'Failure diagnosis' dialog, check the 'Resource information.' When 'Nonfatal failure Contents disagreement between User ROM and CPU memory' is displayed, the 'Clear' command cannot be executed for safety reasons.
