Answer

For an analog input range (1 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA), a line breakage detection function is provided.
An input voltage of 0.92 V or lower for the 1 to 5 V range and an input current of 3.68 mA or smaller for the 4 to 20 mA range are regarded as line breakage.
