There is a limit to the number of words for the I/O modules that can be mounted on a T-link expansion (Type_ NP1L-RT1) base_ 128.
With the thermocouple input module (Type_ NP1AXH4-TC), one unit occupies 16 words and only up to eight units can be mounted on a T-link expansion module.
