Answer

The zip file size exceeds the capacity of the CPU. Zip files contain text files such as 'tags,' 'line comments,' 'texts in system definition' created during programming, which are compressed to download to the CPU.
Take the following measures.
1) Delete 'tags' and/or 'line comments' to reduce the zip file size.
2) Mount a user ROM card in the CPU module and store the 'tag project' in the user rom card.
3) Uncheck 'Tag' and 'Line comment' on the 'Load to PLC' dialog box when you transfer the project.

The maximum storage size of a zip file is as follows.
SPH300/2000/3000 series: 128K bytes
SPH200 series: 64K bytes
SPF series: 64k bytes
Board controller: 128K bytes
