Since the primary battery built in the SPF main unit cannot be replaced, the battery connection switch is set to off at the factory shipment. By turning on the battery connection switch, the battery error is removed. On the SPF main unit, remove the cover plate (at the position where a front board is to be connected) and set the battery connection switch that is located to the left of the built-in loader port to the upper side (ON). For the details of the position of the battery connection switch, refer to “3-11 Names and Functions” in the user's manual 'SPF Hardware' (FEH526).
