[In cases where the error occurs during normal communication]
TS/V8 series
Check if the situation is restored by restarting or by turning the power off and on.
If not restored, record the following three numbers that are displayed on the [System Error] screen and contact your HAKKO representative.
V7 series
Check if the situation is restored by turning the power off and on.
If not restored, record the following two numbers that are displayed on the [System Error] screen and contact your HAKKO representative.
[When the error occurs immediately after screen data transfer and disables running]
Screen data may be corrupted.
Delete the data portion added or modified to the screen data, and transfer data again. If restored, the added or modified data portion contains the cause of the error.
Reconfigure the data portion newly.
If the error is not cleared, record the following numbers that are displayed on the [System Error] screen and contact your HAKKO representative.
