Answer

A PCID is required for removing the restriction from TELLUS and V-Server.
When you apply for a license, the PCID is used.
The PCID is unique to each computer.
Use the individual PCIDs correctly.

 

How to check the PCID:
  1. Start TELLUS or V-Server. The dialog box below appears.
    It does not appear if licenseing has benn completed and the password has been entered.

     
     

  2. Click [Yes]. The [Password Setting] dialog box appears.

     
     

  3. The PCID is displayed in the box.

 

  • Every PCID is computer-specific. When you apply for a licnese, check the PCID on the computer to be used for running TELLUS or V-Server beforehand.

  • A PCID may consist of symbols in addition to alphanumeric characters. Take care not to overlook any of these symbols/alphanumeric characters.

  • Alphabets are case-sensitive.
