I converted SEL/DSEL instructions of MICREX-F to SX referring to manual FEH588-2. However, warning appeard 'DL** is overlapped with address range for File Declares **.' How can I solve?

This warning appears when the memory (DL) that is assigned to file declaration created for the timer/counter current values overlaps with the DL memory that is already used in the program.
Change the memory range that is assigned to file declaration not to overlap with other DL memories.
Check DL usage by using the device editor.
