The folder where V-Server is installed contains "Program" folder. This Program folder contains the system program and I/F driver for system update.
If the files in the Program folder is not the most recent version, the monitored device will be version down.
Update your V-Server to the latest one.
V-Server is installed in "C:\monitouch\V-Server" by default.
