Characters which are not recognizable on your OS is used for the file name or the destination path. Or the file is saved in a deep directory.
Rename the file or copy/move the file to your desktop.

When the file name or the distination path includes foreign language letters which are not recognizable, the error message below is prompted.

Example: File names in Japanese, Turkish, Korean, Thai, Chinese etc., are not recognized on English OS and the file does not open.
