Yes, you can use FNC130A-C10 in combination with FNC120A-C10.
Attach the same type of optical adapters at the both ends of the optical fiber.
FNC130A has two optical adapter ports. However, only one of them is used.
(Either port (left or right) can be used.)
Attach the cover plate on the unused port.
