Usually, set the CPU No. to 0. The CPU No. 0 works as a master of an SX bus system.
In a multi-CPU system or a CPU redundant system which uses multiple CPU modules on one SX bus system, specify a different CPU No. for each CPU module (usually, a serial number starting from 0).
The setting range of the CPU No. is 0 to 7. Do not set to 8 to F.
